  1. Repeat orders. If you make payment more than twice in 24 hours, your credit card will be blocked 24 hours.
  2. If your card was reported scam or unauthorised used, then you will not able to use this card to purchase.

We will process your order within 2 business days.

Please send us an email as soon as you receive your order and we send you out a Reply Paid label to post it back to us and we will send a replacement. Please ensure products remain sealed.

We receive many emails a day. Please be patient and allow up to one business day for a response. Emails are answered in the order they are received, Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm. If you email then email again before we have responded, your initial email moves to the back of our queue so bear this in mind.

Shipment

Shipping typically takes between 2 – 5 business days, although it may take longer depending on your location.

Yes, we will email you your tracking information once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its progress.
